Personale gentilissimo e accogliente. Ha saputo darmi ottimi consigli su tour da fare sia in montagna che al mare e nella stessa città. Città bellissima e piena di storia. L'alloggio si trova in una zona centrale e comodissima a tutte le esigenze, c'è tutto quello che occorre. La pulizia ottima, consigliatissimo!

Ottimo come tappa x raggiungere il sud. Posizionato a poco dal centro permette di vedere i principali luoghi di interesse a piedi. Camere pulite, bagno nella norma, con piccola cucina.
La colazione unica nota negativa: bisogna andare ad un bar con un buono, un po' scarso.....

La struttura, molto confortevole, è situata in centro a Lanciano, città storica d'Abruzzo e d'Italia.

Giancarlo è una persona molto disponibile e accogliente; informa i suoi clienti sulle risorse naturali, artistiche e offerte culturali presenti sul territorio, valorizzando, in questo modo, la propria amata terra.

Nice place to stay, close to all attractions.||This bed and breakfast is very comfortable and clean and it has everything you might need. Strongly recommended it.||The room was very big and the bathroom too. We had a shared kitchen and a nice outdoor terrace.

The owners were very accommodating to our situation. They met us in the town square and showed us where we could park our car. The place is very clean and quiet at night. Nice terrace to eat on during the day. Very close to stores and the market. Overall we had a great time, would definitely stay again, and recommend it to everyone else.

We stayed at this B&B in June to attend my niece’s graduation from CCI in Lanciano. I had e-mailed the hotels and a few B&B’s in Lanciano and this is the only establishment that answered my e-mail. I communicated via e-mail with Irene who spoke/wrote excellent English and was incredibly helpful and responsive.||||We stayed for two nights. We took the bus to Lanciano from Rome (I would not do that again – rent a car – but that is another story). We were originally suppose to text Irene when we arrived at the bus station in Lanciano and someone would meet us and walk with us to the B&B. Because the bus dropped us off outside of town we had to scramble for transportation to the town centre. Lanciano does not have cabs.||||The owner, although he speaks very little English was very nice and helpful, and tried very hard to communicate with us mostly via sign language but we managed. Irene was always reachable by text.||||The B&B is on a very quiet single lane cobblestone street in an old, but well restored, building. You have to go up a few flights of stairs to the rooms. Our room had two beds – a double and a single. The beds were very comfortable. The room was very spacious with huge windows (floor to ceiling) that opened onto a big deck and a small balcony. There was a common kitchen area with coffee maker, fridge, sink etc, a table and some packaged snacks. There was another room on the other side of the common area. You have a key to lock your room.||||The rooms and common area were VERY clean and nicely furnished. The only “negative” about our room was the bathroom. The website is very clear that rooms have a private bath. Technically this is true but our room’s bath was not in our room. It was right beside our room in the common area. The other room had the bathroom inside the room. So if it is important that you have total bathroom privacy make sure you book the right room! The first night we were the only guests so it really was not a big deal for us. The bathroom had a bidet and a standup shower but no bathtub – which again was no big deal for us. || ||Breakfast is not actually at the B&B. You get vouchers and you go to a cafe that is a block away. It is a nice cafe with an outdoor seating area. Breakfast is continental which was fine with us – cappuccino, juice and croissants. ||The location of the B&B is excellent. Central and quiet. Since we took the bus parking was not an issue but I am not sure where you would park.||||The price was 40 euros per person per night. So all in all great price, great location, helpful and reachable owners. Not super fancy but clean and comfortable.
