This is a nice, clean, and cozy boutique hotel with a lot of character. It’s somewhat nestled in a neighborhood which gives it, it’s charm. Check in was easy peasy. Our room was fully stocked and decorated nicely with an awesome view. The fireplace, although not in use, made it super cozy and romantic. The bed was comfy, and I love we had a large shower and plenty of hot water. We had mini refrigerator which was nice. It was quiet during our stay. There’s a coffee station for guests to enjoy alongside having access to a beautiful courtyard with plenty of seating. As well as a balcony. There is street parking and plenty of food places within a 10-minute scenic walk. We felt very safe, no issues.

We picked room 102 (street level) to stay for one night in Savannah. We never stayed in a staff-less hotel, and decided to give it a try based on the reviews. We knew what to expect, and we received clear instructions on what to do to check in and use the accommodations. It took us a minute to get our bearings, yet the whole process was easy. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The coffee station was a nice addition--we used it in the morning and had our coffee on the nice patio. The list of amenities doesn't include that the "coffee station" also has an ice maker. The TV is app-based, so you'll need to bring your own account(s) to watch anything. Parking is on the street, and we had no problem finding a spot by the hotel. Make sure to look at the hours you need to pay for parking--price was cheap. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at The Present. It was very comfortable and quiet. Only a few minutes walk to many bars and restaurants. We would stay there again, and we would strongly recommend you give it a try.

I stayed at The Present @Bolton, a 4-unit condo in a great neighborhood. The unit was very nice, clean and well appointed. We had a slight issue with the toilet, but once I contacted the staff, someone came out to fix it about 2 hrs. later. The check-In & Check-Out process was a breeze. There is a great backyard space with a firepit and parking. I would rent again.

Really enjoyed staying here! This is my second time staying in this lovely spot, first time was booked by my SO. So when we decided to hit Savannah again I had to see if any rooms were available here again. Neither time has disappointed. Very clean, quick responses, spacious and very central to all the must do spots. 10/10 recommend.

The Present Hotel is such a gem!! We stayed here just one night for a quick weekend getaway and we absolutely adored it!! Both the exterior and interior of the building were gorgeous and picturesque. We stayed in King Suite Room 301 and it was both comfortable and beautiful! Street parking was simple and we were a short distance from everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend.

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve stayed in. For certain it is the most clean and we’ve stayed in many airbnbs in historic Savannah. We highly recommended that you book here if you want charm combined with modern mid century decor and if you’re a neat freak obsessed with cleanliness, this is the place. Loved it!

The airbnb is absolutely beautiful. The historical integrity, the complimentary interior design, everything feels very high end. My main complaint is the noise. I was woken up at 4 am by someone arriving to the airbnb, and what sounded like stomping up and down the stairs in heels. With the coffee bar being in the hallway, right outside my door, it was extremely loud in the morning, slamming cabinet doors, dishes clanking into the sink, the grinding of coffee beans, it was like they were in my room with me. Every guest should be able to enjoy their experience fully, without being disturbed by mundane activities of other guests. Additionally, there is a very strange, musty smell that I noticed immediately when walking into the building, but was almost overwhelming in my room. Thankfully, I got used to it over the course of the night, but it was definitely not a marker of luxury experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The room was clean, spacious, cozy and had beautiful views of the greenery and neighborhood. The check-in and check out process was easy and straight forward. Location was great and the amenities inside the building were super cute as well. I highly recommend this place!
