This shop has great and affordable food for being downtown and on campus. The General Manger is very friendly and also supports student events and projects when possible! The staff are all friendly as well. Their breakfast burritos are a must at least once a week for me! Also the best REAL horchata I have had around these parts!

I love the staff they're always really sweet. The location is right on campus and it's great not having to go anywhere far in-between classes.

Unfortunately, the food is a bit bland. I've had it two times previously and it still felt like it was missing a lot of flavor. I wanted to love it more considering the good-sized portions.

Los Molinos is a must-visit! Their tortillas are fresh, soft, and absolutely perfect. The chicken is incredibly flavorful—juicy, tender, and seasoned just right. Whether you’re having tacos, a burrito, or just a chicken plate, you can’t go wrong. Great food, friendly service, and a cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

I would give this negative stars if I could. I went to the Tivoli location because I had a training there and it was convenient. It was 10:30 in the morning and the lady who was behind the counter seemed confused and/or high. I ordered and she forgot my order despite the fact that there were no other customers at the window and no orders in the works. I waited for a while and then had to ask about my food. She apologized and then started working in my order. When I finally got food the carnita meat in my tacos looked like boiled pork or cat food out of a can. The meat had no taste. The only edible part of my meal was the chips and salsa. My friend got queso and chips and the queso was watery and also had no taste. Avoid this place.

Solid place to stop for lunch on/around Auraria Campus. Their food and vibe feels very authentically Mexican, and the prices are generally reasonable. Lots of meat choices (highly recommend their Adobada), all fresh ingredients, and the staff has always been very nice!
